Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim (Kumasi Bohyen Hemaa), born Evelyn Owusuwaa on June 3rd, 1968, in Kumasi Bohyen, is a distinguished figure known for her leadership, entrepreneurship, and commitment to community welfare. As the Kumasi Bohyen Hemaa and Founder and President of Nananom Progressive UK, Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim has dedicated her life to serving her community and empowering others.

Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim’s journey began with her education in Kumasi, where she attended nursery and middle school in Bantama before furthering her education at City Girls Vocational School. She honed her skills in hairdressing and later ventured into entrepreneurship by selling high-end clothing.

In pursuit of further education and opportunities, Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim traveled to Germany in 1990 to study at a German language school for three years. She then embarked on a career as a nurse assistant, where she dedicated herself to caring for others and making a difference in people’s lives.

In 2007, Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim was bestowed with the title of Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim, becoming the queenmother of Kumasi Bohyen. Embracing her new role with passion and dedication, she initiated various community welfare projects and founded the Mpremgo Foundation, which provided support to the Bohyen community and primary school.

Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish Asipim Wine and Whiskey Shop, as well as the Asipim Beach Pub, contributing to economic development and employment opportunities in her community.

In addition to her local initiatives, Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim is actively involved in welfare groups in Hamburg, such as Asena and Asanteman, where she continues to champion causes that uplift and empower others.

In 2010, Nana Owusuaa Mpremgo Asipim founded Nananom Progressive UK, an organization dedicated to promoting the welfare and prosperity of the monarchy and its communities. Under her leadership, Nananom Progressive UK has grown into a prominent force for positive change, advocating for social justice, education, and community development.
